The 10th National Meeting of Educating Cities is established as a strategic space for reflection and action in response to Brazil’s urgent urban challenges. In a context of rapid social, environmental, and technological transformations, cities are called upon to rethink their public policies based on three inseparable pillars: urban sustainability and resilience, as imperatives for balancing development, environmental preservation, and adaptation to change; social inclusion, as a commitment to equity; and citizen participation, as the foundation of governance rooted in collaborative diversity and intersectoral action, aimed at creative, innovative, and representative initiatives from the local community.
