The meeting’s program includes:

• Opening Ceremony with remarks from Mayor of Changwon, Mayor of Dalseo District, IAEC Secretary General and the President of the Korean Association of Lifelong Learning Cities. Vision Proclamation Ceremony by Lee Tae-hoon, Mayor of Dalseo District.

• Opening keynote: “Small Actions for a Sustainable Life”, by Julian Quintart (EU Climate Action Goodwill Ambassador / Broadcaster).

• Keynote address:  New Roles and Lifelong Learning Strategies for Educational Cities in the SDGs Era, by Professor Jung Woo-Tak (Kyung Hee University / Former Director, UNESCO Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding).
