The bid dossier must be submitted, in the three official languages (English, French and Spanish), to the members of the Executive Committee and to the Secretariat of Association before January 15th, 2014.

Candidate cities will be invited to present and defend their proposals before the Executive Committee in March 2014. The selection will be made according to the criteria expressed in the statement of terms of candidacy here attached.
