Seville

© Gzzz (Wikimedia commons) Seville is the capital of the region of Andalusia, Southern Spain. The city is located at the bankside of the Guadalquivir, a navigable river having Seville as the only commercial fluvial port in Spain. The city is the forth of Spain as regards inhabitants and is an artistic, cultural, financial, economical and social hub of the South of the Iberian Peninsula. Among its historic heritage, we can mention three monuments which UNESCO declared World Heritage Site in 1986: The Cathedral (including the Giralda), the Alcázar (an old Moorish Castle) and the General Archive of Indies.
