Purísima del Rincón is located in the west side of Guanajuato State, in Mexico. Founded in 1603, it is known by the carved wooden masks produced by local craftsmen and by Judea festivities (in Easter). Together with San Francisco del Rincón, León and Silao, it constitutes the León ZML Metropolitan Area.
