
The city of Olinda, located in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil, is a historical and cultural jewel founded in 1535. In 1982 it was declared a Historical and Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO thanks to its historic center, its cobbled streets, colored colonial houses and Portuguese architectural influence.
