Móstoles, 18 km away from Madrid, has over 200.000 inhabitants and is the second largest city in the Region of Madrid due to huge demographic growth experienced in the last 40 years. The city hosts several universities and industrial sites. The main economic activities revolve around the steel, metal and paper industry.  Several museums and cultural facilities are on offer to visitors.
