In 2006 the residents of Los Palos Grandes district asked the City Council the construction of a library -among other equipment-, becoming the heart of the area and a new public space conceived as a citizen meeting place for fostering knowledge. [...]
As a response to the neighbours who asked for covering an outdoor court, the exchange of experiences and the conviviality between the community members have been stimulated, through the plurality of sports offered at the four levels of the new equipment. [...]
