Andorra is a municipality and town in the province of Teruel, in the autonomous community of Aragon. It has a population of more than 7,000 inhabitants, being the third most populous municipality in the province of Teruel. Agriculture and livestock were the livelihoods of Andorrans until, in the mid-20th century, the exploitation of lignite mining deposits transformed both their economic activity and their demographic composition. Today the commitment to its development is based on various industrial estates and the cultural tourism sector.
