					                Portuguese city situated 15km west from Lisbon. Occupies a surface of 23,77 km2  and has 175.936 inhabitants. Its limited extension and booming population has made possible that Amadora becomes one of the densest cities of the country. The urban landscape of Amadora includes the Aguas libres aqueduct, a masterpiece of the Portuguese engineering of the 18th century declared Nation Monument which transported water from Sintra to Lisbona.
