The inauguration was carried out by the municipal president Mr. Héctor López Santillana, who took the opportunity to remind the members of the administration that he directs the main purpose of transforming the Mexican municipality.

Dr. Joan Manuel del Pozo, University of Girona, then gave the lecture “Educating City and Local Governance”. Later, the participants were able to deepen and discuss the conceptual framework with a practical workshop energized by the writer and philosopher, Ms. Angelica Sátiro.

Works continued on July 13 with a new seminar session open to the city’s civil society.
